  • 2. We ship or you pick up

    Select your shipping method. We offer NZ-wide courier shipping — $10 for residential addresses and $15 for rural (including return shipping). If you're based in Dunedin, you can also enjoy free pickup.

  • 3. Wear it

    If you’ve selected shipping, your dress will arrive on or before your chosen delivery date. For pickup, you’ll receive an email on the day with collection details. Enjoy your event and look amazing!

  • 4. Return it

    Return your rental the next business day using the prepaid bag, or drop it back if you’re in Dunedin. Leave a review or tag us in your posts to receive 10% off your next hire OR do both and enjoy 20% off!

FAQ's

Where do you ship?

We currently ship NZ-wide via NZ post's courier service. We offer $10 residential and $15 rural return shipping!

Can I try dresses on before renting?

Yes you can! We currently offer Dunedin try ons and postal try ons. Click the links for more info!

Do I need to clean the rental before sending it back?

Nope! In fact we ask that you don't wash the garment yourself as some pieces need extra care! However, if you do happen to damage or stain the dress please give us a heads up!

When will I receive my rental?

All postal rentals are sent the week of your event and we aim to send your rental so that it should arrive on or before your selected delivery date. For pick ups you will be sent an email on your selected pick up date with instructions to collect your rental.

I can't find my tracking number or pick up notification

These are emailed the day your rental is sent or ready to be picked up. If you can't find it be sure to check your junk/spam folder before messaging us as they often end up here!
