Postal Try Ons
POSTAL TRY ONS ARE NOW CLOSED UNTIL DECEMBER 5TH
We are now offering a postal try on service for those wanting to try on garment/s but aren't based in Dunedin.
Please note we cannot guarantee we will be able to offer you a postal try on as this is a limited service based around bookings which take priority!
How it works:
- Fill out the form below with your first and last name, email, phone number, the garment/s you are wanting to try on and the date of your event you would be wearing the garment for
- Press submit and we will add you to the waitlist for a postal try on for the garment/s
- If the garment/s you are interested in haven't been booked for the coming weekend we will contact you via email Wednesday evening or Thursday morning with instructions and a link to complete the postal try on payment
- Your postal try on will then be posted out to you on Thursday via overnight courier
- The postal try on must be sent back the SAME DAY it is delivered please do not enquire if you will not be able to do this. Fee's apply for garment/s not returned the same day they are delivered
- If you would like to book the dress for your event date please complete a new booking through the website
Costs:
Postal try on costs are set out below and including return overnight shipping.
- 1 Garment: $45
- 2 Garments: $65
- 3 Garments: $85
For rentals valued at $100+ there will be an additional $20 fee on top of the above costs.
Please note: The postal try on costs covers admin costs associated with the postal try on (getting the garment/s ready, packed & sent off). It also covers the time we black out the garment/s where they could have otherwise been rented at full price. Therefore, the postal try on cost will not be refunded or credited towards your rental.
Terms and Conditions:
Postal try on's are not applicable for refunds or store credit under any circumstance
If the garment/s do not fit/you are unhappy with the garment/s you will not receive any compensation
The rental cannot be put on hold for your event date. In booking a postal try on you are taking the risk that the garment/s may be booked for your event date by another customer. In the event of this happening you will not receive any compensation for the postal try on costs
Postal try ons are unavailable for weekends where there is a public holiday
Postal try ons are not available for rural addresses
If the garment/s are damaged or lost/stolen while in your possession our normal rental t&c's apply
If the garment/s are not sent back via an NZ post counter (not a drop box) and scanned the same day they are delivered you will be charged a daily late fee of $20 per garment and/or full rental fees
Please be aware that the condition of the garment may have deteriorated between your postal try on and event
Important Note: Please be aware that we cannot guarantee we will be able to offer you a postal try on before your event date. Postal try ons work around bookings which take priority. We will be in contact once you are at the top of our waitlist when the garment/s are available for a postal try on.
Alternative Option: If you are not wanting to risk potentially missing out on a postal try on please see below for an alternative option we offer.
You can book the rental you are interested in for your event for a weekend as a normal rental and in the notes bit of the order put "TRY ON" from here if you decide that once you receive the garment that you would like to book it for your actual event date please contact us and upon the garment arriving back to us you will be issued a 20% off code for you to use when booking for your actual event. This code will only be valid for the dress you originally booked, it is not available for a completely different garment. Please note we cannot guarantee that the garment will remain available for your event date between the time of you booking the try on to when we issue the 20% off code.
