Condition: Very Good (zip has had a small repair down the bottom so requires care when zipping and unzipping and bottom of dress does have some mud marks but isn't very noticeable when on due to the puffiness of the dress hiding it. Some faint fake tan staining on inside of dress)

Always select the date you will be wearing the garment. Our system automatically blacks out days either side of the rental to account for time between rentals.
All rentals must be returned the following business day to when they are booked for so please make sure you select the appropriate rental duration option.
Rentals booked with the incorrect duration will be liable for all fees if not returned the following business day to when they are booked for. Store credit or a refund will not be available for any rentals booked with an incorrect rental duration if the order is unable to be fulfilled.
Postal Rentals Guideline:
2 Day Duration: All Sunday - Thursday rentals
3 Day Duration: All Saturday rentals
4 Day Duration: All Friday rentals
Pick Ups Guideline:
2 Day Duration: All Sunday - Thursday rentals and Saturday rentals if you are wanting to return Sunday
3 Day Duration: Saturday rentals that you are wanting to return Monday or Friday rentals you are wanting to return Sunday
4 Day Duration: Friday rentals that you are wanting to return Monday
If you are needing a rental for longer due to travel etc you must contact us before booking to arrange this. Fee's may apply.

Postal Rentals:
Friday - Sunday bookings: Will be sent Monday - Wednesday the week of. Return day and time is Monday by 3pm or Tuesday by 3pm for weeks where Monday is a public holiday.
Monday - Thursday bookings: Will be sent 2 - 3 business days before the date it is booked for. Return day and time is the following business day by 3pm.
Pick Up Rentals:
Friday - Sunday bookings: You will be emailed a pick up notification Thursday or Friday when your rental is ready to collect.
Monday - Thursday bookings: You will be emailed a pick up notification 1 - 2 days before or the day of your event when your rental is ready to collect.

If your rental doesn't fit upon you receiving it, please note we don't offer credits or refunds, as renting involves a level of sizing risk. We strive to provide size guides, though they're generalized from brand websites and may not be entirely accurate. Swaps may be possible.
